Designed by CASA&JARDÍN exclusively for Madrid's Prado Museum in 2002, the Prado Armchair belongs to the Infantes Armchair family. The back of the Prado Armchair, curiously, is lengthened to ensure that the user’s head does not touch the wall behind them. It is a piece with a lightweight appearance that conserves the austerity and the pure forms of furniture designed in the Habsburg era. Due to its functionality, it is currently used in many other museums in the country (such as the Museum of Mérida and the MACA in Madrid).
